Thank you for the use of your villa over the xmas period we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is brand new and immaculately presesented and you have thoughtfully provided lots of amenities including the PS2 for the children. The villa is perfectly placed to access the beach and all local facilities

What a fantastic treat it was to stay in a luxurious and homely villa, it's was well equipped to cook lovely meals and barbecues around the pool in the evening were fabulous. The beds were really comfortable and we couldn't have wished for a better location. Walking to Protaras was a pleasure (approximately 1/2 hr) and all along the sandy coves to Kapparis the other way was so picturesque. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Pernera and a supermarket 5 minutes away in the car, or one just at the end of the 'close' for those last minute add ons. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anybody wanting a relaxing time in wonderful surroundings
